ICT PODS
Haskell Architects were commissioned to design PODS across secondary schools in Victoria. The PODS were to provide contemporary information and communication spaces serving far more than a place to use a computer and spaces which make a large difference to the schools with a very small construction budget of $10,000.
The PODS created several benefits to the schools. They provide learning areas that do not require direct supervision, provide contemporary and fresh spaces within the schools, are flexible in their use and operation, and make good use of previously unused areas.
