Burwood Road Office
This project comprised of a 5 storey office building with a five level basement. The design achieved a 5 Star NABERS energy rating, which demonstrated best practice and market leading performance in energy efficiency at the time. It is the largest suburban speculative office building in the suburbs of Melbourne. At ground level, the building provides facilities for the businesses who work within its offices and the surrounding area, as well as the public. This includes retail facilities and a cafe.
